Christine McGinley Bio

Christine McGinley is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of senior management experience, specializing in the areas of operations, technology and finance. Christine was Senior Vice President, Operations for Canwest Broadcasting Ltd, a subsidiary of Canwest Global Communications. Currently Christine is serving as Director and member of the Audit committee and Compensation, Nominating & Governance committee of Mullen Group (MTL-T); Director and Chair of the Audit committee for CoolIT (privately held) and Chair of the PrescribeIT Strategy and Industry Alliances Advisory Committee of Canada Health Infoway.

Christine was Chair of the Board for Alberta Blue Cross. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with distinction) from the University of Alberta, a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta, and an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors in Toronto, Ontario.
